Zuora Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a Zuora Specialist to co-design, implement, and operate enterprise Zuora Billing and Revenue solutions in a complex, multi-system SaaS environment.

This is a hands-on role, working under the direction of an onshore Zuora Technical Lead, with responsibility for workflow implementation, tenant administration, integrations, releases, and off-hours escalation coverage.

Key Responsibilities

Scope & Ownership

• Co-design and implement Zuora Billing and Revenue solutions with the onshore lead.
• Own Zuora tenant administration, configuration, and operational stability.
• Implement and govern Workflows, Product Catalog, invoice templates, bill runs, and user/role administration.
• Ensure Zuora remains the system of record for subscriptions, billing, invoicing, and revenue.
