Zonal operations head

The Zonal Head – Business and Operations (South) will be responsible for managing, strengthening, and scaling Drop X Logistics’ existing presence across South India. This role involves end-to-end ownership of business operations, expansion into new cities and regions, and full zone-level P&L responsibility while ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and scale Drop X’s existing business operations across South India
- Drive aggressive expansion into new cities and regions across the South
- Identify, acquire, and manage new clients across e-commerce and quick commerce
- Strengthen and optimize last-mile delivery and quick commerce operations
- Build, train, and develop regional, cluster, and station-level leadership teams
- Own full zone-level P&L including revenue growth, cost per shipment, and manpower optimization
