Zoho Books Implementation Consultant (Senior)

We are looking for a Senior Zoho Books Implementation Consultant with deep functional knowledge and a proven ability to deliver client implementations end-to-end.

The ideal candidate is client-facing, detail-oriented, and capable of translating complex business requirements into scalable Zoho Books configurations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Zoho Books implementations for clients across multiple industries
  
• Conduct detailed discovery sessions to understand client business requirements
  
• Perform gap analysis between client requirements and Zoho Books capabilities
  
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
  
• Design and configure workflows, automation rules, and approval processes
  
• Communicate implementation progress, risks, and timelines clearly to clients
