Zoho Administrator & Technical Consultant (BAE)

Role Overview Boomerang is seeking a skilled Zoho Administrator & Technical Consultant to own the day-to-day administration, optimization, and enhancement of Boomerangs Zoho ecosystem. This role is responsible for ensuring that Zoho platforms support Boomerangs operational efficiency, talent lifecycle, customer engagement, and digital transformation objectives, while also leading Zoho-related projects and AI enablement initiatives. Key Responsibilities 1. Zoho Platform Administration Administer and support Boomerangs Zoho applications, including: Zoho People Zoho Recruit Zoho CRM Zoho Desk Zoho Cliq Manage users, roles, permissions, workflows, automations, and integrations.
