Role Overview
Boomerang is seeking a skilled Zoho Administrator & Technical Consultant to own the day-to-day administration, optimization, and enhancement of Boomerang's Zoho ecosystem.
This role is responsible for ensuring that Zoho platforms support Boomerang's operational efficiency, talent lifecycle, customer engagement, and digital transformation objectives, while also leading Zoho-related projects and AI enablement initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage users, roles, permissions, workflows, automations, and integrations.
Zoho Platform Administration
Administer and support Boomerang's Zoho applications, including:
Zoho People
Zoho Recruit
Zoho CRM
Zoho Desk
Zoho Cliq
Ensure system availability, data integrity, and performance across all Zoho platforms.
Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for internal users.Maintain and evolve workflows, blueprints, custom fields, and reports.
