You will play a key role in managing the post-go-live phase, ensuring clients maximize their Zendesk and AI resources. Your focus will be on practical configuration, handling issues, and advising on seamless integration of best practices. Collaborating effectively with stakeholders, your aim is to improve resolution rates and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee managed services for Zendesk deployments
• Handle client inquiries and coordinate issue resolution
• Implement configuration changes and enhancements
• Support AI capabilities and optimize user experiences
• Create and maintain training resources for teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• At least 3 years in customer support or consulting roles
