Job Description

1.接受线上、线下客户对酒店的预订需求,并予以妥善解决。
2.接听客户对酒店等产品信息的咨询电话,予以解答并作好相关记录。
3.熟悉处理房间预订的程序,给宾客提供给最新和最准确的房况信息。
4.核实“预订未到宾客”的名单和每日团队取消情况。

1.大专以上学历、有半年及以上酒店实习或工作经验。
2.具有良好的沟通表达能力。
3.具有较好的计算机操作能力。
4.具有一定的英文基础。
