Job Description

Social Worker  
Compensation & Location  
Salary: $3,500 - $4,500 
Location: Buangkok 
Working hours: Monday - Friday (44 hours per week) 
8am to 5pm / 8.30am to 5.30pm / 9am to 6pm 
Once a month 8am - 8pm shift 
Job Responsibilities Develop individualized care plans for residents 
Execute the care plan and monitor progress 
Develop and implement programmes and activities to meet the residents’ care needs 
Put up 6th monthly review reports and monthly interview records for about 50 residents 
Job Requirements Degree in Social Work 
At least 1 year of relevant experience
