Youth Worker - Bukit Batok

About the Role
A secondary school in Bukit Batok is seeking a Youth Worker to support student well-being, behaviour guidance, and intervention programmes. The successful candidate will work closely with the school's Student Development Team, Year Heads, Form Teachers, parents, and external agencies to support students who may require additional guidance and structured intervention. Key Responsibilities
During Curriculum Hours, 8.00am to 1.00pm
Manage the student room or centre for students undergoing restorative programmes, in-school suspension, or detention. Supervise detention sessions, including attendance-taking and ensuring students complete assigned reflection tasks. Conduct one-to-one interviews, reflection sessions, and regular check-ins with students. Facilitate small-group activities such as circle time, journaling, and goal-setting to support students' social-emotional development.
