Cotswold Chine School, part of Novalis Trust, is a charity that supports children with Neurodevelopmental Difficulties. Youth Support Workers are pivotal in creating and supporting tailored activities for young people. As a Youth Support Worker your personality and creativity will be key in shaping and helping children pursue personal aspirations.

Responsibilities for this role include:
Encouraging young people to engage in a variety of clubs and offsite trips.

Planning, organising, and running half term programmes.
(All of which promote social development)
