In this role, you will support young people aged 8-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties in a residential care setting. You'll provide nurturing support while managing behaviours and building trust. The position includes a competitive salary of approximately £33,160 per annum, a £1,000 joining bonus, and additional payments for sleep-ins. We are looking for committed individuals with experience working in a child’s home.
