Youth Programme Coordinator (Programme Support) | Outram Park

Job Scope: Assist in overseeing the operations of smoking/vaping cessation virtual counselling pilot programme for youths aged 13-18. Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders including schools and counsellors to ensure smooth execution of pilot programme. Communicate with vendor's project manager(s) and counsellors, and provide them with necessary information and support Handle the logistical aspects of the virtual counselling sessions to ensure that materials and resources are available for both counsellors and students. Assist in coordinating test kit logistics with vendors for the I Quit programme Compile data for programme evaluation and reporting. Participate in pilot project development as part of the team Support additional tasking or coordination work during the contract period Working Arrangement: Location: Outram Park Working Hours: Office Hours (Mondays to Fridays) Duration: 10 Months Salary: $2170/Month
