Youth Programme Coordinator (Programme Support) | Outram Park

• Assist in overseeing the operations of smoking/vaping cessation virtual counselling pilot programme for youths aged 13-18.
• Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders including schools and counsellors to ensure smooth execution of pilot programme.
• Communicate with vendor's project manager(s) and counsellors, and provide them with necessary information and support.
• Handle the logistical aspects of the virtual counselling sessions to ensure that materials and resources are available for both counsellors and students.
• Assist in coordinating test kit logistics with vendors for the I Quit programme.
• Compile data for programme evaluation and reporting.
• Participate in pilot project development as part of the team.
• Support additional tasking or coordination work during the contract period.
