About us!

The Youth Program Leader plans and leads activities for youth ages 11–18, creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment. As a front-line worker, you’ll build positive relationships with youth, families, and the community. This role requires a Class 5 license and availability in Parksville as needed.

• Plan, lead, and evaluate fun, safe, and age-appropriate activities aligned with Club policies, mission, and vision.
