Growing Young Disciples is seeking a committed and prayerful Christian leader to guide the ministry for youth aged 11-18 in Mitcham. This role involves building on existing youth work and creating new initiatives in collaboration with the Chaplain at St Mark's CofE Academy.
The ideal candidate will be warm, encouraging, and proactive in developing relationships within the community. With a passionate heart for young people and families, they will help cultivate a vibrant faith community in Mitcham.
