Job Description
Description Plans and directs weekly group meetings for high school youth. Ensures that all youth events follow the Archdiocesan Policy for Ministering to Minors, as it relates to staff, volunteers, parents and youth. Regularly reviews Behavioral Guidelines with all participants and ensures compliance with same. Provides semester plans to the DFF and core volunteer team prior to the start of each semester. Collaborates with high school youth group core volunteers to incorporate them into the planning and implementation of youth activities. Provides training for youth group volunteers.
