What will you do?

Your role will be to empower our youth participants to achieve sustainable employment. You will achieve this by:

• Meeting specific targets/KPIs
• Providing tailored guidance/coaching, job placement and ongoing support to your client group. 
• Understanding the unique employment needs of your clients and
• Collaborating with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity
