For over 30 years, Vantage Community Services has provided a continuum of services designed to meet the needs of our Central Alberta community. We are guided by the principles of developing capacity with an emphasis on effective coping skills, making meaning of one’s experiences and an ability to form healthy relationships. We are seeking a qualified, motivated individuals to fill the following positions.

YOUTH & FAMILY COUNSELLORS (FULL TIME)
The Youth/Family Counsellor is the primary worker with young people, normally on rotating shifts that provide coverage twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, and is a contributing member of a team providing service to young people and families within a structured setting.

Qualifications

- A diploma or undergraduate degree in Human Services such as; Child and Youth Care, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or a related field.
