Youth Development Worker (Agency Temp)
PENZANCE | £15.34 per hour | 37 hours per week | Temporary until End of September 2026
Help Young People Build Brighter Futures Are you passionate about empowering young people to overcome challenges and achieve independence?
We're looking for two dedicated Youth Development Workers to join a supported accommodation service for young people aged 16–25. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference, supporting young people experiencing homelessness to build confidence, develop life skills and take positive steps towards independent living.
What You'll Be Doing No two days are the same. You'll provide practical and emotional support, helping young people navigate housing, finances, wellbeing, education and employment while encouraging them to reach their full potential.
