Hours of Work: Full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8:30 am and 6:30 pm, including a lunch break. Occasional residentials may be required to support community initiatives.
As a Youth Development Worker, you will mentor and support young people who are at risk of exclusion, facing mental health challenges, or involved in serious youth violence. Your role involves delivering personalised 1-2-1 support, organising engaging after‑school activities, holiday programmes, and residential trips that inspire and develop essential life skills. You will play a vital part in helping young people unlock their potential and build brighter futures.
