YMCA-YWCA Swim Instructor / Waterslide Supervisor

In this position, you will work collaboratively within the Health, Fitness and Aquatics program team. Responsibilities include assisting with swim lessons, maintaining order at the waterslide, and ensuring all safety measures are upheld. You will also set up and check the functionality of aquatic equipment, reinforcing YMCA-YWCA standards throughout daily operations at the Westhills Y Branch.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer excellent customer service to participants
• Enforce rules and ensure safety at the waterslide
• Support swim instructors during lessons
• Handle equipment setup and maintenance duties
• Uphold YMCA-YWCA health and safety policies
Requirements:
• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR C certification
