Micron Technology is seeking driven and thorough Year-End Failure Analysis (YE FA) Lab SEM & ETM Process Technicians. In this role, you will perform inline targeting procedures using SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) and ETM tools (including Exsolve, TEM Link, and Metrios) to capture high-quality images. These procedures will follow either customized customer instructions or standardized protocols.
