About the role

Justteachers is recruiting for a Year 3 class teacher to work full time in a primary school in Leamington Spa. This role will run from April until July (2026) and will involve delivering the national curriculum to pupils aged 7–8 years old.

The school itself focuses on seizing opportunities beyond the national curriculum to enhance children’s development. It is a one form entry school and serves the local community in Warwickshire.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, high‑quality lessons that cater to the varied needs of all learners
• Track, assess, and support pupils’ progress, using assessment information to guide and adapt teaching
• Foster positive behaviour by implementing effective strategies and maintaining clear, consistent routines
