Are you a Primary Teacher looking for a Key Stage 1 position?

Flourish Education is recruiting a Primary Teacher to work in a Year 2 class in a one-form-entry primary school based in Cannock.

Our client is seeking to recruit a Key Stage 1 Teacher to work on a full-time, long-term basis from September 2026 until March 2027.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assess, and mark pupils' work in line with the school's policies.
• Deliver engaging and creative lessons.
• Work alongside a Teaching Assistant.

Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply, as well as experienced teachers. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:15am–4:30pm.

Required Skills and Experience

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Confidence in leading a classroom
• Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
• Ability to work effectively with a Teaching Assistant
