Aspire People are currently recruiting a dedicated Year 2 Teacher to join a supportive and well‑established primary school. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs looking to develop their career within a strong KS1 team.

The school is looking for someone who can confidently lead a Year 2 class, with a strong understanding of KS1 expectations and the ability to support pupils as they prepare for end‑of‑key‑stage assessments.

The Role:

• Full class teaching responsibility within a Year 2 classroom
• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
• Supporting pupils in preparation for SATs in a positive and structured way
• Assessing, tracking, and reporting on pupil progress
• Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
• Working collaboratively with the KS1 team and leadership staff
