Yardi Database Analyst

As a Yardi Database Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting growth-stage businesses and leadership teams by delivering actionable insights and robust reporting solutions. You will work closely with a Database Administrator and be embedded within operational and leadership teams to drive data integrity and reporting excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting SQL queries and stored procedures against the Yardi database for reporting, data validation, and ad-hoc analysis
• Designing, building, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports for operational, leasing, and financial KPIs
