**Job Description**

This role oversees daily yard operations by safely operating wheel loaders, forklifts, and industrial saws while performing a variety of general labor tasks. The equipment operator moves, loads, and organizes bulk materials, prepares orders, and supports production activities in a fast-paced, outdoor industrial environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate wheel loaders safely to move, load, and organize bulk materials throughout the yard.
+ Operate forklifts to load and unload trucks, transport materials, and maneuver safely in tight yard spaces.
+ Use industrial saws to cut lumber and wood products to precise specifications.
+ Perform general yard labor, including cleanup, staging materials, and supporting daily yard operations.
+ Read and interpret work orders to select correct materials and prepare loads for shipment or production.
