Yard Operative Operations · Bedford

The Role

Working from our Bedford branch, you will support day‑to‑day yard operations to ensure the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of goods. You will handle deliveries, load and unload vehicles, prepare customer orders for collection or dispatch, and maintain a safe, organised yard environment. The role requires a practical, hands‑on approach and close collaboration with branch colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.

Working hours

Monday - Friday 07:30 - 17:00 and every 2nd Saturday 08:00 - 12:00 = 44.5 hours per week.
