Overview

The Best Connection is a recruitment agency, and this position is being offered on a Temporary basis.

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Yard Operatives to assist our client in Hailsham. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys active work, has a strong work ethic, and would be comfortable in a busy yard environment. No prior experience in the tyre industry is required, but a willingness to learn and a proactive attitude are essential.

(Full Training Given)

You will also be required to:

• Assist with the loading and unloading of tyres and other materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the yard and warehouse.
• Sort and store tyres according to size and type.
• Support the warehouse team with general duties as required.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
