Premier Auction is dedicated to connecting buyers and sellers through seamless, high-energy auction events. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Yard Manager to oversee daily operations at our consignment yard in Strathmore.

The Role

As our Yard Manager, you are the heartbeat of our in office operations. You will be responsible for leading staff, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the safe operation of material and equipment. We need a leader who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and lead by example—someone who can seamlessly transition from entering lot descriptions on a computer, to helping a customer troubleshoot an issue, to hopping in a skid steer to unload freight.

The auction world moves fast, and our yard does too. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment but has the patience and communication skills to guide a team, foster autonomy, and ensure safety is never compromised.
