Yard Driver/Driver I

**Pay: $27.50 - $30.00 DOE**

**🔹 About the Role**

We are seeking a safety-focused **Driver I (Yard Driver)** to support our warehouse and yard operations. This position is responsible for moving trailers and containers within our facility and, if qualified, between locations. This is a **safety-sensitive role** requiring attention to detail and a commitment to safe work practices.

**🔹 Key Responsibilities**

+ Operate a yard tractor to move trailers/containers within the facility
+ Transport trailers between facilities (if holding a valid Class A CDL)
+ Perform pre- and post-trip inspections (tires, brakes, lights, fuel, etc.)
+ Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
+ Follow dispatch instructions using RF systems and yard management tools
+ Coordinate with yard controllers to optimize equipment turn times
