We are recruiting on behalf of a well‑established business in Battle for an experienced Yard Operative to join their team on a temp‑to‑perm basis.

This Yard Operative role is focused on goods in and goods out operations within a busy yard environment. The successful candidate will take ownership of day‑to‑day goods in/out activity, ensuring the yard runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

This is a hands‑on position where you will be trusted to manage your own workload across goods in, goods out, stock movement, and general yard duties with minimal supervision.
