1. Take responsibility of Supply Chain Planning management, include demand planning, production planning.
2. Lead the planning team to achieve defined KPI targets, focus on delivery performance(OTD), inventory(DIO) with reasonable cost.  
3. Resource planning & execution e.g. Head count, budget, logistic cost and so on. 
4. Improve planning process to be more transparent, efficient and agile.
5. Take care of people, support team to remove barriers and achieve better results.
6. Support people development , build up and develop sustainability key competence in planning team. 
7. Use AI agent or other smart digital tools skill to drive the digital transformation of the people and the working processes.

1. Experience:

- Above 5 years working experience in customer demand planning/ production plan role , thereof 3+ years as function leader
