Xtime System Administrator

Ergo Mining is seeking Xtime System Administrator to manage, maintain, and support the Xtime platform used across our operations. This role ensures optimal functionality of Xtime integrations, configurations, and user access to support efficient service scheduling, repair order management, and customer communications.

Job Description

• Administer and configure the Xtime system across multiple dealership locations.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Xtime appointments, DMS integration, and customer communication tools.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal Xtime users and coordinate with Xtime support for escalated issues.
• Onboard new users, assign appropriate roles and permissions, and manage user lifecycle.
• Collaborate with operations, service, and IT teams to optimize Xtime workflows and reporting.
