Provide initial drafts of RFx (RFP, RFI, RFQ, etc.) responses using the designated software (Responsive). - Take a project management approach to each unique response, to track changes and delays, and ensure all stakeholders are involved throughout the process. - Manage version control, generating additional or revised drafts of RFx responses by merging information delivered by Product, Operations and Sales. - Develop customized executive summaries and cover letters to align with sales messaging. - Provide final edit by reviewing completed document to ensure consistency and accuracy in tone/voice of response. - Develop/maintain good working knowledge of current service capabilities and future direction. - Form effective business relationships with a variety of internal clients. ##LI-DNI
