Responsibilities
Sellers in this role will focus on corporate initiatives, securing net-new acquisition, and revenue expansion within existing customers. Specialists will offer strategic pricing expertise and act as a mentor in the district with a goal to accelerate the sales cycle and bring on incremental revenue. Daily tasks will involve call cycling, prospecting, pricing negotiations, training, and collaboration with primary counterparts.
Targets new business opportunities by identifying potential new customers and growing revenue, conducting background research on potential customers, discussing the customer’s supply chain with decision makers and other appropriate customer representatives, analyzing customer needs, and developing and implementing transportation and digital value propositions and customized pricing. Utilizes Customer Data Enablement, Suggested Calls, and other data-driven reporting to identify opportunities.
