Workstream Lead

Join us at Barclays as Workstream Lead to support the delivery of an advanced Risk Rating System within Private Banking and Wealth Management. These roles sit within a major regulatory transformation programme and will lead key workstreams across model development, credit risk, and data delivery.

To be successful as a Workstream Lead, you should have experience with:

• End-to-end delivery ownership of complex regulatory / risk transformation workstreams
• Solid knowledge of IRB framework and regulatory requirements (e.g. PD, LGD, Use Test, governance)
• Ability to lead and align cross-functional stakeholders across business, risk and technology
• Experience in data, modelling or technology delivery within credit risk / IRB environments
