We're looking for a highly organised, energetic Workshop Controller to take ownership of the daily operation of our Ford service workshop.

This is not a technical role.

It's an operations, people and performance role in a workshop environment.

After spending time on the floor recently, we're clear on what's required: stronger daily control, better workflow, and clear accountability. This role has been created to fix drift and lift standards.
