Job Purpose

This role is for Strides Premier (joint venture between Strides and Premier). 

Responsibilities

Supervisors purpose is to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the service department, providing high-quality services while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Supervise all Preventive & Corrective Maintenance.

Plan & manage all vehicle input & output.

Assign technician for servicing on vehicles.

Conduct SODB in the absent of OIC.

Support recovery (in / out base).

Attend meetings with OIC.

Monitor all spares required.

Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the work of automotive technicians and work closely with service advisors.
