Position Overview:
The Workshop Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of the workshop, ensuring all vehicle maintenance, inspections and repairs are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
The role leads the workshop team, allocates workloads, maintains compliance with DVSA and company standards, and supports the delivery of a reliable fleet through effective planning, coaching and operational oversight.
