An opportunity has opened for a Workshop Supervisor to join a construction company based in Derby. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Works / Workshop / Factory supervisor or similar and will have a background working in structural steel, heavy engineering or an industrial environment.

Workshop Supervisor Key Skills:

* Experienced Works / Workshop / Factory Supervisor or Foreman

* Experience in the structural industry or similar like heavy engineering / industrial

* Excellent working knowledge of fabrication and CNC processes

* Leadership skills and a background supervising 20+ people

* Ability to read engineering and fabrication drawings

* Understanding of production processes and workflow

* Excellent operational skills
