Workshop Supervisor

The Workshop Supervisor reporting to the Coating Equipment Manager will supervise and support daily workshop operations through active hands‑on involvement, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The role is responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing workshop personnel, promoting a positive safety culture, world‑class housekeeping standards, maintaining productivity, and ensuring operational targets and deadlines are consistently achieved.

Major Responsibilities:

• Supervising and supporting workshop staff and apprentices to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards and operational requirements.
