Our client, a franchise dealership in the Durban area , is seeking an experienced Service Manager / After-Sales Manager to lead and grow their service department. Whats on Offer Salary: R50,000 – R60,000 basic + incentives Company Vehicle + Fuel Performance Bonuses & Incentives Medical Aid + Provident Fund Requirements 5+ years experience as a Service Manager or After-Sales Manager at a franchise dealership Experience must be within the last 3 years Strong experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing service team Excellent customer relationship and communication skills Talent retention and team-building expertise Knowledge of factory standards, audits, and compliance Business acumen in marketing, accounting, and profitability Results-driven with focus on operational excellence Location
