Hours of work Monday to Thursday - 8am-5pm & Friday 8am-2pm

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Workshop Production Operative to join their existing team. Reporting to the Operations Manager and working in a small team - this is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company. This is a hands‑on role suited to candidates with previous experience within a workshop or engineering environment. The successful candidate will be involved in general engineering duties supporting the production teams.

Bench Work

• Debur parts
• Dress parts through bead blasting and rubbing up
• Drilling, tapping, reaming and use of a jigsaw
• Maintain tools on the bench
• Drawing documentation
• Maintenance of the vibro bowl
• Organise and maintain correct use of part‑done and completed items shelving
