Workshop Manager (Trucks)

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all workshop operations, including recruitment of staff and training, managing a team of mechanics, and ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of workshop operations, including workshop planning, resource allocation, and workflow management.
• Manage a team of mechanics, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
• Lead recruitment efforts for new workshop staff, including mechanics and apprentices, and oversee their training and development.
