Workshop Manager

Cummins a global leader in power solutions. We are looking for a talented Workshop Manager to join our growing team in Adelaide, SA. You will work closely with the technicians and apprentices, coaching and developing their skills.

**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**

+ Manage and supervise service technicians
+ Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, and Complete required documentation
+ Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of technicians and apprentices
+ Ensure your team achieves its KPI’s to deliver results
+ Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end

**To be successful in this role you will need the following:**

+ Qualified Heavy Diesel Automotive Mechanic (Cert III) or equivalent (mobile plant) is required
+ Experience as a qualified technician, working with engine products
