Workshop Manager (m/f/x)

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of workshop performance, keep trailers on the road, and lead a team that takes real pride in doing the job right.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing workshop operations, including loading, repair prioritisation, systems, and processes to meet customer and business demands.
• Working closely with a supportive, hands‑on team to maintain safe, efficient, and high‑performing workshop practices.
• Keeping our customers’ fleets road‑ready by minimising truck & trailer downtime and identifying the most economical repair solutions.
• Ensuring all inspections, services, and repairs meet company standards and comply with all EHS and mandatory legislation.
