Position: Workshop Manager

Requirements

• Grade 12
• Trade Test or relevant technical qualification (advantageous)
• Proven experience in a Workshop Manager or similar supervisory role
• Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy‑duty trucks, industrial machinery, and hydraulic systems
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and people management skills
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willingness to work overtime and be available for breakdown standby when required

• Oversee all maintenance, servicing, and repairs of company trucks and transport vehicles
