Job Overview

We are seeking a Workshop Manager to lead our workshop team at the Arbroath Depot, ensuring all buses are clean, safe, and reliable. The role involves managing a team of engineers and support staff, maintaining high maintenance standards, and collaborating with the Operations Department.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure all maintenance work is completed to the highest standards.
• Manage and motivate a team of engineers and support staff.
• Ensure buses are clean, safe, and reliable for daily service.
• Coordinate with Operations to meet PVR targets.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance and inspections.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workshop performance.
