We are expanding our team and are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead our steel fabrication and production function. This is a key leadership role where you will coordinate people, plant, materials, quality and workflow to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality output to meet project timeframes

About the role

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day workshop plan and lead our team of boilermakers, welders, apprentices and labourers.
